We take orders from overseas and ship overseas. Please note: Our orders are shipped from Japan.

International standard delivery

1.Please contact us by e-mail with “delivery address”, "product name" and "product photo" selected from our online shop. We will respond politely.

2.After confirming your order, we will inform you of the "payment method" by email.

<Payment>
With PayPal
If you do not have a PayPal account, please create a new account with PayPal. PayPal stores your bank, credit or debit card details so that you don't have to type them in each time you pay. <Shipping Costs>
EMS is our current international courier.
・The shipping cost will be paid by the customers.
・We will inform you of the shipping cost after confirming your order.
・You could change or cancel your order before order confirmation if it is not within your budget.
・Please note that it cannot be canceled after shipping.

3.After payment, we will ship it to Japan within one week.
International delivery time depends on the destination, but normally the package will be delivered within 7 days after confirmed.

We will provide tracking information by email after your goods have been dispatched. Please use this service to follow the progress of your delivery. If you need assistance, please contact with us.

<Precautions for overseas shipping>
・Orders that are shipped outside of Japan may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs terms vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
・Please note that you may find the damage of the outer box by custom check when the items arrive.

Returns and Exchanges

We believe in our products so if you are not satisfied with your order placed through WLK, you may request a refund within 7 days of the arrival date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding all shipping costs.
To request a return, email us at wlk@chimaski.jp, include your order number in the email subject line and a brief message for the reason you are requesting a return. Please note that the shipping fees for all orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable.

<Missing/Defective>

If the item you ordered is missing or defective, please contact the following.

If your item arrives broken, defective or incorrect, and you would like a refund or a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of the arrival date. Include your order number in the email subject line, photo documentation of any reported damage or defect will be helpful to us.

<Returns>

You can return unused items if you may request a refund with a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding all shipping costs.
Please contact us within 7 days of arrival date.
Please return the products unused, with all the original tags attached and the paper box, along with the original shipping invoice supplied with your delivery, whether you choose the return or exchange service.

<Return Condition>

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returns due to customer convenience.
・Please note you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
・Please choose your own trackable and insured shipping method. Note that we're not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
・You may issue a return within 7 days of receipt.
・We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without contacting us first.
